DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL

Before we move your project into production, we require a signed design proof approval. This step ensures you have carefully reviewed and approved the final design exactly as it will be produced. By signing, you are confirming that:

  • All spelling, wording, numerals, graphics/design, and information are correct.

  • You understand that on-screen colors may appear slightly different once printed or cut in vinyl.

  • No further changes can be made after approval, as your project will proceed directly to production.

  • If, after production, the customer requests corrections to a previously approved design, the customer agrees to pay 50% of the original cost for the creation of a corrected replacement sign.
